Replacement Guarantee

As a small, boutique ring company, we cannot stock all 19 sizes for every ring, so we make each on at the time of order.  This is great so we can serve as many organizations as possible in a variety of styles but it also means that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

To avoid any issues, we encourage you to take a moment to choose your ideal style and and go to a professional jeweler to get your finger sized.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong size or a damaged product, we will gladly replace the ring at no cost to you. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the ring, with a photo, and we promise to resolve the issue swiftly and smoothly.

To further ensure your satisfaction, we have two additional programs in place for Premium Series rings only:

  1. Replacement for Worn Plating: Over time, even the best plating can fade. We recommend choosing solid sterling silver to avoid this. However, if your ring does fade or tarnish, we offer lifetime re-plating for a fee of $69.99, plus shipping and handling to our Texas facility.

  2. Replacement for Wrong Size: We understand that mistakes can happen when measuring your ring size. For plated rings, we will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your ring, for a fee of $69.99, plus shipping and handling to our Texas facility.
